Webtransfer acceptable use policy

You are individually responsible for complying with all applicable regulations in relation to the use of all services provided by Webtransfer regardless of the purpose of their use. In addition, you must comply with the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.


Prohibited activities

It is unacceptable to use Webtransfer for activities that:

1. leads to a violation of the law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

2. associated with (a) narcotics, steroids, certain controlled substances and restrictions, or other products that pose a risk to consumer safety, (b) facilities for drug use, (c) commodities, which recommend, encourage, promote or provide instructions for conducting illegal activities (d) in stolen goods, including digital and virtual goods, (e) goods that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or obtain benefits from criminal activity, (e) obscene materials, (g) goods violates or infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction (s) materials or services explicitly sexual nature, (and) ammunition, firearms or firearm components or accessories or (k) types of knives, subject to the applicable law.
